Kristy?s esthetics career began in 1998 as a hobby, doing wedding and special occasion makeup for friends and family. This sparked her interest and enjoyment of this profession. Ever since she can remember, she has always loved the beauty and fashion industry. In 2001, Kristy graduated with honours from Blanche Macdonald Centre as a licensed esthetician. After completing her esthetics certification she worked in a very well-known high end spa for several years. Kristy specialized in facials, make up applications, Swedish massage, and body treatments. Not only is Kristy an educated esthetician she has been a successful wedding makeup artist for the past 15 years. With Kristy?s compassionate heart and care for people she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She absolutely loves her job, and thoroughly enjoys pampering and making her clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Not only does she bring the pampering and relaxation aspect to her facials but she brings a level of ?education? to her clients so they too can continue their amazing results at home. Coupled with Kristy?s knowledge on how to treat the skin she has a passion to help her clients change their skin. Her goal is to help clients feel special and taken care of from the moment they step into the spa until they leave.

Hello! My name is Kami, and I am so excited to be joining the la Chic team as a Laser and Skin Specialist. I have had a great passion for the medical aesthetic, health and wellness industry from a very young age. I have been a certified Laser Technician for over 20 years, and have amassed a profound level of knowledge and practical experience in that time. My practice of treatment revolves around a strong emphasis of education and empowerment with my clients, and building a strong, trusting relationship with them. I have a strong nutraceutical background and hold a firm belief in balancing the body, mind and spirit. I recognize that outer beauty must be complimented by inner beauty, and it is my ultimate goal to bring about the natural beauty, confidence and wellness of every guest in my care. I see the importance and the benefits of giving back to our communities in need and have volunteered for over 5 years in Africa and India. My proudest accomplishment has been raising an amazing young man as a single mother. I am looking forward to working with the amazing staff at la Chic, and meeting all of its wonderful clientele.
